Family Instructions for Online Enrollment

Reenrollment for 2009-2010 begins August 24th. Everyone needs to log in to online enrollment and update your information and then submit to be enrolled for 2009-2010. It is very important that you make sure all personal and medical information is current and accurate!
All adult volunteers must have an "Application for Adult Volunteer" on file at the 4-H Office. These must be done by every new adult volunteer and every 3 years for all volunteers. You can not be a 4-H volunteer without this form.
