Bark Lice

Bark lice are small insects that we often see in clusters on the trunks and branches of trees.  When disturbed, they tend to move as a group and have therefore earned the name ‘tree cattle’.  These bark lice feed on molds and spores found on the bark of trees. There is no management needed.
