FWC and New Dive Flag Rule

House Bill 1049 goes into effect today.  Under this bill divers in the state of Florida who are diving in open water can now display a dive buoy in lieu of a dive flag.  The dive buoy can 3 or 4 sides but must display dive symbols.  The symbols must be at least 12×12 inches.  …
